STANDARD RETURN POLICY
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Lighting Valley Online Store:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item for credit from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from Lighting Valley, either through the Lighting Valley Online Store or at a Lighting Valley Retail Store, can be returned to Lighting Valley. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the parts, materials, and accessories that were included when you received it. There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Ship your item back to Lighting Valley
To return an item to Lighting Valley, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RGA form.
Once you have received the RGA form, place it in the box you are returning. If the item is defective, a shipping label will be sent to you.
You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.
Bring your item to the Lighting Valley Store.
You can always return the item to the Lighting Valley Store. A Lighting Valley employee will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time. To locate Lighting Valley, please see the contact info listed in the footer below.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Products purchased from the Lighting Valley Online Store using a Lighting Valley Gift Card will be refunded to you as a Lighting Valley Store Gift Card by email within 5 business days. If you’d like us to mail you a Lighting Valley Gift Card, ask the representative helping you. You will receive it within 8 business days via United States Postal Service (USPS). If you purchased an item from the Lighting Valley Online Store and are returning it to a Lighting Valley Retail Store, you'll receive a Lighting Valley Store Gift Card by email within 3 business days.
Exchange an item
If you purchased your item from Lighting Valley in the U.S., you can take it to the Lighting Valley Retail Store for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It's a good idea to check in-stock availability by calling the Lighting Valley Store, or by viewing the product on the Lighting Valley Online Store to see if the item is available.
Items ordered on the Lighting Valley Online Store that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to the Lighting Valley Retail Store, or by contacting Customer Service via email at email@example.com
